Yes, Liberty Property Management is a North Carolina fully licensed and insured real estate company.
Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm for normal business operations. Our office is available 24/7 for emergency purposes.
Yes, property owners have 24/7 access to an online portal.
Yes, property owners may elect to receive rent proceeds via ACH Direct Deposit.
Upon request we can provide a sample lease for review. Liberty Property Management will administer the lease agreement.
Monthly rent proceeds are sent to owners once per month and occur on or around the 10th day of each month.
Residents have the ability to pay rent online through their private portal (Most Popular) as well as via money order, cashiers check, and personal check. We do not accept cash for rental payments.
The minimum lease term is for a period of 12 months. Longer lease terms are available upon request.
The minimum security deposit amount is equal to one full month of the total monthly rent for that property. Under some circumstances, we will charge up to a two month security deposit.
